I was up stressing about this run most of last night and was dreading it this morning but here I stand...I completed it! It was hard...gruelling for the last 2minutes but I pushed through . I paced myself really slow at the start and pushed through at the end but I couldn't have done a second more.
Already doubting i could repeat today the day after tomorrow. Funny that little voice in your head so quick to make your doubt yourself huh.
W4 R1 for me too today and that inner voice was a bit anxious. Congrats on finishing and enjoy tomorrow off. You know you can make it now.
Did W4R1 last night in the rain and wind. Still didn’t put me off and if I’m completely honest the longer runs are more suited to myself rather than stopping. Loved it and looking forward for tomorrow get W4R2 under the belt.
