want to get to the 100 mark if my legs will let me!!

my pb for a marathon? well it was a few yrs agao but did a 3hr 23 in 1990

yeh just stumbled accross this site cos trying hard to get my wife into some exercise and help her to get fitter and lose weight....im having sum success lol!!
