I'm in week 2 and got pins and needles in my foot after the first week. Do I need to see a doctor or take it easy?

hiya , I've had this when i first started and i found that it was down to the way my shoes where laced up , but i didn't normally get the 'pins and needles' until a bit latter on in the run. But if you don't think it that, go to the doctors, am not a medical professional.

Yes. losening my laces helped me too!! Failing that you should see your GP!

Good Luck!

I, too, suffered pins and needles in my feet during the first two weeks of C25K. It wasn't severe enough to stop me continuing, and then gradually stopped being a problem. I now put it down to poor running technique, with my feet slapping down too hard as I was getting tired during the early stages - felt a bit like running in clown shoes for a while!
