Wanted to finish week one today. Already completed 2 sessions. All set to start at 5am (plenty of time before work @ 8) but didn't do it! Annoyed with myself. Are most people doing 3 session per week?

Don't beat yourself up about it just go later or tonight - there is a bug waiting to bite you very soon - yes you should run three sessions a week but make sure you have at least one rest day in between - keep on running!!

I'd also say just do it later on, if you let it slip then you'll be so cross with yourself. The advice is certainly to do 3 runs a week, it helps to get into a regular routine (I run every other day) and helps your fitness develop quicker than if you leave longer gaps. I'd say just go for it - I couldn't run at 5am though lol, I tend to run in the afternoon (I work from home most days) or early evening.
Be determined and get to it later, you'll be so pleased you did.
Getting into a routine is good, its habit forming, which is a very positive thing.
Some people choose Monday, Wednesday and Friday, have the whole weekend off and then repeat that cycle.
Early mornings are my preferred time too, I try my very hardest to get every other day to do C25K, its quite nice to alternate the weekend day.
