Ooh no, running in the warm is hideous. Last summer I ended up waist-deep in muddy river water trying to cool off. Give me autumn runs any day

Oh dear...wondering if I shouldn't be grateful for the gales,sleet,snow , ice and rain!! TBH I only don't like the wind...running against it takes the breath away and its soooo hard!
