Congratulations BCK on running run 2 of week 3, you really are progressing very quickly but don't run too fast, slow and steady is the name of the game, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 3, if you wish to repeat week 3, that is perfectly OK. 😊👌🎄🎅

Well done on W3 run I’m now on W8r1 and must admit I’m amazed that I’ve managed thus far ! The structure of the programme is really good and as others said to me ‘believe in the programme’! I had to repeat Week 1 so it does work !

Feeling a little unnerved at the moment, since week 4 steps up the running from 9 minutes to 16 ! Scary concept ! But I’ll keep whittling away at it and I’ll get there in the end 😁 How’s it going for you just now ?
Totally understand that feeling, but my advice would be, to try not to over think it, and just see it as another run.
When I completed the first ever run I thought I'm never going to be able to get through this, but I have.... And so have you, your about to start Wk 4! 😁
You know its not about speed, it's finding a steady pace that suits you, and it's irrelevant how many times, you may need to repeat a run, or week. This is about you and nobody else 👍
As for me.... Well I'm on Wk9 (seriously can't believe it).
The first run was good, second no energy so repeated it again, and it was much better.
So just one more run 😲....
