I really don't like this later in the day running as I am still sort of dreading every run. Now on W7 r1. I don't have time to think about it in the mornings. Here I am finished work and it's hulling it down out there. As soon as it eases I'm off. Hopefully I can report back a good run later

I sat there at lunch time thinking no I don't want to go out there for my run, there's a big dark cloud, I'll wait a bit... so I waited and it rained and I thought it had stopped. I got my gear on and then realised it was still raining but I thought sod it, I'll go. Seriously the best run ever! Torrential downpour but I did my best time and distance yet! Very strange but such fun. Once you're out there you're doing it anyway and you'll feel better for going. Go for it : )

Glad you had a great run. Eventually got out, started the warm up and got over technical hitch synching Laura and Nike gps. Now I know I can set a run time on that I was also getting an update from that every kilometre as well so as I run alone it helped keep me going. Managed to go 3.99 kilometres today which I was pleased with as the last 5 mins or so I was running through an almost stitch. I could just feel it and managed to breathe through it rather than end up in real agony.You just know one wrong movement will really ring it on.

Feel good now as I don't run again until Sunday. Enjoyed my crunchie reward after as well.
