Week 2 - here goes nothing !

Well I am tired, sweaty and my legs ache but I did the first run. Was more like a jog really but it's done and I get a day of rest :-) I don't think my netball training helped last night but as one of the elders of the squad I need to get fitter and loose baby weight (3 yrs later but never mind!)

I'll keep on at it as I do feel good and righteous after the event.

That's great well done and keep going, it's amazing the feeling you get afterwards :)


Um, I think Laura describes the right pace as 'a light jog' so you are spot on!
