Week 1 Breaks

I've only just started the plan and I had to change my W1R2 from yesterday to today but because I've scheduled in the next 4 weeks of sessions, my next one is scheduled for tomorrow and I can't see and easy way to change this so I was wondering if this is too much of a problem?

shouldnot be a problem as long as you leave your rest days between runs. If you can run on same days it usually better but as long as you leave one day rest between runs you should be fine

I think it depends how you did on your first two runs. If you're pretty fit already, it may be OK to run on 2 consecutive days occasionally (I think this is what your question is really about?), but if you're not super-fit, and especially this early in the programme, I'd err on the side of caution and make sure you get that rest day, even if it means having 2 or even 3 rest days till you can run again. It's really admirable that you've planned ahead like this, but it's also good to be able to be flexible if at all possible, as things do crop up sometimes and you don't want to be feeling your whole plan is out the window due to one re-schedule. Hope that makes sense :-)
