Well after all my moans and feeling l had let myself down I got my butt out of bed at 8 and did my run.. The 2nd 3 minute run felt tough but I didn't give in !! Not sure whether running with my cocker spaniel will continue but in a way she keeps me going, bless her. Feel great now I have done it and looking forward to my next run Monday. Thanks again for your encouragement ?

Bless the dogs that undertake the C25K without even knowing it :)

I should think that you'll be set for the day hitting the run early.

Have a great weekend and good luck for Monday.
