Hi all just about to embark on week two with my new running tights - had hamstring problems in my younger days so have been advised these will help - updates later!!! Keep on running!!

I hope you did better that me, I just came back from W2R1 with cronic hip pain & shin splints...My body is rejecting running!! ;)

Keep going and you'll get there!!

Yes I tried the breathing thing but found it very difficult, I've been an asthma sufferer most of my life and found it difficult to keep to those breaths. I will be resting and stretching until sunday, hopefully I can over come my other ailments too :)

Sarah with practice the breathing gets easier and try stretching before and after runs because I find that helps
