Well today i ran week 1 run 2 and was struggling the pain in the bottom of my legs was making it hard but did keep going and once home and stretched i felt so much better but am wondering how i am ever going to make it to week 2

Well done! The important thing is you kept going. Do you stretch before running? I always stretch before and after, I also blast my shins with a cold shower which I find helps the aches after a run.
You will have weeks when it seems impossible to think about the next run or week but keep with it, you do get bitten by the running bug.

Well done on completing the run I'm at the same point as you did week 1 run 2 this morning.
Maybe stretching after like Sassy says will be a good idea for you when you finish your run.
