Listen to Laura and keep a nice steady pace and you will be just fine. I was in London yesterday walking over London Bridge at rush hour (that was fun) and I saw two ladies running together coming towards me. What fascinated me was their really steady pace and the fact they were chatting to eachother as they went along. they looked like quite seasoned runners to me (no ribena face- I was very envious)! It made me wonder about how I think i have been going too fast too soon and wearing myself out.So my mantra from now on is go steady girl
