Couch to 5K

I really thought i was gonna do bad today. After my w6r3 i felt terrible, and totally wasn't up for another 25 minute run. Though I found it so much easier this time (probably because im not ill for once!) and when i thought i was coming towards the end of my run i boosted my speed. It turned out i did alot better than i thought i would and ran for a total of 3.3km! which was a great improvement than my other run. i still have no idea how I am ever going to run 5km in 30 mins but i am determined to get there!

i'm sure you will get there , your on the same runs as me. take it slow and just keep running for now plenty of time for distance and speed . good luck with run 2 .
