Finished W2 R3.....I am fine cardio wise, but my knees are just stiff.

My knees don't hurt, but they are not quite the same as when I was younger, I'm 44. Should I continue with W3 tomorrow or repeat W2?

You know what? My knees are very creaky (they were before I started running) but they're actually better when I run. Unless you have actual pain I would just keep going (though be sure your trainers are properly fitted as others will also advise you on here). And if you've managed all the runs so far, I see no need to repeat a week - it can look a bit daunting when you see the increase Laura's proposing each week, but you can do it - honest!!

Not what you're looking for?
