Well R3 completed. Feel absolutely great but really unsure about leaving my running mate Laura. Must work out how I can keep Laura but listen to podcasts or my own music.
Had to slow down, really slow down, a few times, but I kept going to the end. Strangely enough the last 7 minutes or so were the easiest.
Planned run to finish at Asda (essential pre-work shopping) and saw these. Felt they would make an appropriate end of programme picture - because even though I am a chocoholic I couldn't have eaten just one piece

Congratulations! You're a runner now!!! You have to claim your Graduate badge now. Just follow the instructions on the right hand side of the screen about how to do that.
Then you can stick with Laura for a bit longer and download her C25k+ podcasts - three of them! "Stepping Stones, "Stamina" and "Speed". These are excellent podcasts and you'll find them really useful on your way forward. I use them all the time when I need a bit of structured running. I ran Stamina yesterday in fact.
Well done to you too. Yes I am very unsure about what lies ahead and if i dare to dig deeper into the running world. Going to keep running for sure though. I always found my last 5/10 mins the easiest, the first 5/10 mins feels awful. Let us know how and what you go on and good luck.
Well done that's fantastic! Yes, as recommended by misswobble, I tried the stepping stones podcast this morning and really got on well with it. Enjoy your running x
Well done! I would like to have Laura spurring me on when I get there but using my own music. The music starts off ok at the start of the plan and then goes off the boil a bit later on.
Hope you did get to have some choccy?! Congratulations on a fantastic achievement! I've just finished off my post graduation box of choc(since opened Saturday!) that i found in cupboard from xmas sales, felt like i deserved a treat! Feel a bit sick now tho, should have saved some for tomorrow! Well done and keep up that running!!! I find the last 3rd of runs are the easiest bit ............
You can also use an audio editor to cut and paste Laura's comments and time markers into music of your own choice, it is time consuming but I found the finished product to be very personalised and you can put in as many time markers (up to 30 mins obviously) as you want.
There is also the app, but it doesn't run on my version of android and feedback in the google app store is not good at all.
