Wk 3 R2

Well thats wk 3 r2 done last night. Just discovered how hard it is running into the wind!! Felt like my wee legs were going so fast and I just wasn't moving lol. Glad I made it to the end without stopping, it was hard going. Loving running outside in this weather long may it continue altho not happy with the scottish midge population are out early this year, think I consumed quite a few them last night (yuk)!!

  • I'm sure someone here said that flies were a good source of protein which we need to build up our new muscles. I'm enjoying being outside too but a bit of rain wouldn't come amiss, we've a hosepipe ban starting Sunday.
