Garmin Forerunner 110 GPS with HR monitor, the ladies grey and pink one - Halfords online deal so way not as bad as it could have been! (still bad though lol)

I am now on beans on toast and bananas for the rest of the week

I collect Tue in time for run 2 of Wk 7, so tomorrow is my last run oblivious to speed and true distance can't wait to find out!! - yes I've clearly entered into a place from where there is no return, you can check out anytime you like but you can never leave...

I love my Garmin!

Even though I can't tell I run quicker according to my Garmin I've knocked a whole minute off my mile time!! It makes me try harder!

I've just bought one too! Got it set up now (instruction booklet not great) and had test run today ready for proper use next week. It and the app on my phone measured my distance differently. Garmin showed distance about 300m less...not sure why. From now one will just use the Garmin so it's about tracking progress.

We are all turning into geeks.
