I've been feeling unwell all day with an upset stomach and generally feeling wobbly and fuzzy headed. It's funny how the past four weeks on the C25K plan have changed my attitude - my main concern now is worrying that I won't feel up to my 2nd outdoor run tomorrow morning ! It's an extra to the C25K plan which I've been doing on the treadmill - Saturday morning is a free local beginners running group for women and it seems rude not to join in, not to mention getting me outside running.
Fingers crossed I'll feel ok tomorrow
