I’m bigging this up too much am due to start week 9 , I’m still struggling to believe that I ve come this far and so bizarrely I’m looking outside and trying to talk myself out I it oh it’s too hot oh too many indulgences ect I’m really nervous about this can anyone suggest any good podcasts or music to help me mind my negativity it’s just allowing myself to think I can do this .. is it too hot now?

I’ve been listening to Off Menu with James Acaster and Ed gamble and the times flies. They just sit an talk about their dream menus but are very funny and have different guests on each one. Today I listened to the news quiz which was good as a perfect length and again v funny, was laughing as I ran, probably looked insane haha!

Hey! I run the C25K app alongside my classic fm radio app. Maybe classical is not for you but you could always try another radio station. I enjoy listening as I run not always but sometimes helps.
