I was pooing my pants about this week as I've read all the posts, I have done the first run which is an achievement in itself. who would of thought five weeks ago (just after giving up smoking) that I could run for not only five min but three times five mins. whoooopie! only down side I've gained three lbs :(

Well done!! And don't worry aboutu the weight gain - have a look at andystev's blog called Let's talk about Weight on 29th Feb - it puts it all into perspective.

well done! all the runs are fine..my biggest advice is don't build up r3 into something it isn't (advice from someone that did!!!). Keep up the good work!!

I am about to do wk 5 run1 tomorrow and am very nervous about the whole week. Reading your blog has made me feel a bit better. I'm sure once done I will wonder what all the worry was about.
