Really proud to announce that this morning I ran 5k!! 40mins 20secs. Enormous sense of achievement. 9 weeks from being out of breath after 1 minute of running to being able to run 5k without stopping

Well done, I did my first 5k Parkrun this morning, cant believe that in less than 4 months I have gone from struggling to jog for 3 mins on a treadmill late at night in a quiet gym to a 5k run in public - well done you, its a great achievement.

well done for completing the challange now to carry on lol . i was going to the park run in a couple of weeks time but found out i have to work that day. so next year i will book it off early so i can do it. but i know the route and i was gonna do the 1 mile one so i am going to run it and time myself anyway. maybe next year i'lll be ok to do the 3 mile route.
