okay just wanted a few well done's for completing this last run, been a dodgy few weeks. After week 2 missed a week due to bad back. Took the week to rest back, brought new inner soles for trainers, started stretching and ordered a pilates vid (hasnt arrived yet damn you amazon 2days u said!) This tues started again and completed run 1 of week 3, which i found surprizingly easy? well stamina wise anyway my body seems to be finding it all tough! wasnt tell today that i finally managed to get myself out on secoud run. Had to give myself right talking to though but ive just done it yea! was not as easy as first one but now seating on sofa feeling proud and looking round for someone to tell me how good ive been, pretty please
