Yes, today was the start of week 3. I knew it looked bad, but I got through it. It was not as bad as that first run a fortnight ago, but that was quite a challenge. I think it didn't help that it's cold again - dropped from 11C on Friday to just 5C today - and so I'm hoping to do better next time, but I wasn't ready for that first 3-minute run.
It'll get easier, I'm sure, but I'm proud of myself for getting through it. I won. Tomorrow, I'll rest. On Wednesday, I'll do it again and this time, I'll know what to expect. I can do this...

We're on the same runs and I needed those reminders today from Laura to keep moving even if my legs were tired. Just as I was flagging she chipped in again to keep going for another 60 seconds. I'm sure the next run will be ok too but hope the weather will be less cold or I'll have to look even more ridiculous running wearing my wooly hat!
yay well done. i found the last 3 minutes was such a killer but then after i had cooled down i had an extra 7 minutes to walk and i felt i wanted to run again lol just to get home quicker lol. keep going see you on wednesday with updated blogs from run 2 wk 3 lol
I did this run today, but seemed not to have run as far, might be because i went slower as i was sure I wouldn't finish it, can't believe I ran for 3 mins, it doesn't sound far but it does feel like I am almost (but a long way to go) enjoying myself
