just seen a comment by Alli about putting run off until tomorrow because of the weather... I should have done that... That was grown up and sensible... Snow mixed with rain, very very cold, wind and wet to skin within 5 mins warm up. Truly awful and I gave up after first 3 min run and came home. Wk4r1 not done yet.
Daft to be miserable about it, i understand it's become important but I really should have sensibly called it off today! Partly peeved with self because if I had gone this morning and organised my day differently, seen the weather report...
Unbelievable how disappointed I am! I swear I have been abducted and replaced by an alien
It's a chocolate moment

Hi. Can understand your disappointment. This programme does become addictive, but not making one run becuase of bad weather isn't the end of the world. Learn from it, move on and next time you attempt the run go at it with renewed vigour and determination. You've done great to get this far, I'm sure you'll be fine.
And enjoy the chocolate......
Perhaps you should treat it as a bonus training run. I had one week that took five runs, first there was ice, then I got one run in but the next one was running in 3" snow, which then froze....walking on slippery surfaces is very hard on the calves. But notching up runs now means the reward of being a real runner as the Spring and Summer arrive
Don't beat yourself up you went out and gave it a go. That is hardcore and makes you a proper runner...going out in any weather!!!! I on the other hand used the weather as one of many excuses yesterday.
