My quest for injury free running continues. Week 3 completed without problems. Week 4 beckons on Monday. Looking forward to it.

I managed to stay injury free this time, went slower though which maybe why, recognising the differences between an ache and a pain is key to any activity, using muscles you never knew existed is always going to bring aches or pains, I grew to wear the aches as a badge of honour, knowing that my fitness was improving.May you carry on injury free in the coming weeks.

Thats a useful insight, yes. I've had a few " niggles" while running, which have lasted a few seconds before disappearing. I'm constantly monitoring my legs now because of my injury experience so far. Thank you
