I managed to stay injury free this time, went slower though which maybe why, recognising the differences between an ache and a pain is key to any activity, using muscles you never knew existed is always going to bring aches or pains, I grew to wear the aches as a badge of honour, knowing that my fitness was improving.May you carry on injury free in the coming weeks.
