Done it! wk 2 over!

Feel very proud, but very scared about next week as I suspect that rather than adding seconds, I will have to double my run time! Am only leaving one rest day in between weeks this time as I don't want to lose momentum.

Advice on week 3 anyone?

Don't worry - you're ready! In fact the amount of time running is the same, just in a different configuration. Good luck!

Yes, you'll be fine. Don't be scared! The programme is progressive so if you managed the last run then you can cope with the next. Make sure you have your rest days. They're important. If you run very steadily and do what Laura tells you then you will be fine. Don't be anxious as that doesn't help your breathing. The more relaxed you are the better. So, set yourself up for a good run. Plenty of sleep, water, good food and make time for it in your things-to-do diary.

Have fun! C25k is a golden time so make sure you make the most of it and enjoy yourself. Good luck. Let us know how it goes

Treat it how you treated the first two weeks, if you survived them, you can survive this one. Good luck and happy running! :)

Of course ucandothis. The programme is a bit daunting when you look at it but it does work you just need to believe in yourself and the programme. Take your time and don't think too much about what you're being asked to do by Laura. Just do it!

do exactly as Laura asks, run, walk or rest, she knows what she's doing lol
