Should have done this on Wednesday but I pulled a muscle and couldn't finish it. I was so disappointed afterwards so back I go today to try again and second time lucky I nailed it. Afterwards I felt better than I had on any of the runs, think the sense of achievement kicked in! Still not looking forward to Mondays 20 minutes but I feel better about it now than I did yesterday. Still smiling because I managed not one lot of 8 minutes but two...how fab is that?

Definitely fab. Well done and don't worry about Monday's 20 minute. Take it steady and you will be fine.
After reading everyone elses posts about the dreaded r3 I feel much more positive. Its only 4 lots of 5 and I can do 5 so positive thoughts and I will do it.
