🥶 Bitingly low temperatures but powered through the week and bagged another landmark! Legs felt heavy during these longer runs, also noticed a few twinges in the shins but I guess that is just the body’s way of adjusting after a long time away from running. Couldn’t recall if it was velo or the pool - then I remembered we went to a cycling event there and saw Cav and Wiggo in the Madison. Thrilling

Well done! Great venue. Café inside is open to the public right above the track… ideal spot to do a bit of work or relax watching the riders whizz round and round!! 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🚴
