Start of 2nd week

After a dark weekend, where I felt low, the run this morning has made me feel better. It helped that it was a beautiful sunrise. I'm lucky to live by a wonderful beach to run on albeit very cold. It has lifted my spirits to live in the moment rather than be tough on myself.

this sounds wonderful Joss178 ..running really is a tonic and is def a pick me up that should be on prescription!!! Well done..I’m envious of your proximity to the beach…I can imagine myself running along like Pamela Anderson on Baywatch…but actually looking like a cartoon character 🤣🤣

Oh, I so miss coastal running...beaches or paths... but lucky you! Glad it lifted you, body and soul x

On you go!

Running helps me massively with my mental health, early morning runs are my absolute favorite! Always amazing seeing the sun coming up and brightening the darkness. Keep it up!

Happy running!

Yea. Like you I live by the beach and there is nothing like a trot by the sand to raise your spirits

How delightful!

I totally understand your feelings. The grey, rainy days seem to be endless, sometimes.

Getting outside is one of the best things you can do for yourself!!

Keep going and keep us posted...

Thanks, I know I'm lucky to live near the beach. It has lifted me and I feel more positive and in control of my life than sitting around at home worrying about everything. If I dwell then it makes me feel worse.
