Start of 2nd week

After a dark weekend, where I felt low, the run this morning has made me feel better. It helped that it was a beautiful sunrise. I'm lucky to live by a wonderful beach to run on albeit very cold. It has lifted my spirits to live in the moment rather than be tough on myself.

this sounds wonderful Joss178 ..running really is a tonic and is def a pick me up that should be on prescription!!! Well done..I’m envious of your proximity to the beach…I can imagine myself running along like Pamela Anderson on Baywatch…but actually looking like a cartoon character 🤣🤣
