After faffing about & re-doing week 4, am ready for week five!!
I am also on my way for a gait analysis & some new trainers that will hopefully make my running journey more comfortable as the trainers I currently have are not ‘runners’ & apparently I am going to notice a big difference!
I have also enrolled in a strength training program at my gym……. Busy bee!
I am hopeful of completing the Great North Run in September so, I am terrified but very hopeful 😋x
