Turning 50 in March and just finished my first 5K! Ok, I'm hooked and have signed up for my second already. I ran the first one at a slow pace of 14:25 per mile or 44:46.5. I'm almost 300 lbs. so this was a victory! On to better times and getting to and staying at a healthy weight.
