Go somewhere where they do gait analysis. If you buy the shoes from them then the analysis is usually free, otherwise expect to pay around £15. It's worth investing in looking after your feet, knees, hips etc. - as they say, "prevention is better than cure".

Yay well done I've just finished week 3 too!
I had a gait analysis last week, I've got little feet too (size 3) and I got size 4 Kswiss trainers which are so comfy that I feel I'm running on air!
