That's my run 3 of week 9 all done. The weather was kind to me and I managed to get back out to my usual place for my run.
It was beautiful, not a breeze to be had.
Whilst I had the benefit of having done this before some runs have still been a challenge. It's been refreshing to share here again and to get back outside again, thank you to those who have wished me well on my journey ππ - for those that I have shared this journey with again keep going you know you can do it don't give up
For myself C25K has been so helpful in getting me back to regular outdoor running again, now to keep it up.
Happy Running Everyone, Happy Christmas

Congratulations on your Re-Graduation run. That medal is very well deserved.
π Here is one from me too πβοΈAs you know I am a few runs behind you, but probably won't make the podium until the New Year is in. You will still be out running, and watching out for my efforts I'm sure.
Merry Christmas to you and your family, and thank you for supporting me as I 're-do' the plan too...
Thanks Dexy - I hadn't planned it that way but when I checked the calendar I was pleased with the way it worked out. I have been very lucky with the weather just the one day where I took to the gym. I had expected more ice!! π
Very well done Richard on completion of C25K. I've enjoyed your posts and wish you well for your consolidation runs and continuation of your running journey. Have a very happy Christmas and New Year
Thanks MB just done my first consolidation run ... I hope you get over your setback soon and are able to complete it without having to go back. The Pom Poms are ready to wave π - Happy Christmas
