Week 8 done🎉

Just finished week 8 and I am delighted. As I posted before, I've had Long Covid since March 2022 and my world changed. Thought I would never be 'normal' again. Then, thanks to a wonderful doctor, who diagnosed that covid had caused an auto immune problem in me which stops me using vitamin B12 properly. Since seeing him, I am now having a B12 injection at home every other day (sometimes daily if required) and it has transformed my life. From not being able to fully work, not walk far and very slow, struggling with stairs, brain fog and worsening eyesight. Now, I'm brighter, working fully again, walking fast, running up stairs, better eyesight and, finishing week 8 of Couch to 5k. Would never have believed it was possible. Good luck to everyone out there on Couch to 5k. 🙂

Thanks Richard, and yes, it's been a bit of a journey. But, I am committed to continuing forward and getting fully fit again. Already feeling so much better, losing over o stone and going up a few notches on the belt. All the best..
