Just coming back to C25K (now W3R3) after a long break (2017 graduate) and upgraded to a new pair of Asics Gel-Nimbus 26. boots The difference between these and my old Gel-Nimbus 21 relics is like night and day! We have some good tech to help us along these days πŸ‘ Super impressed especially, as I have to run on hard pavement all the time. My knees are liking them so far (62 and not getting any younger). πŸ™‚
