I’m very pleased to confirm that I completed the 20 minute run without stopping!
However, something *did* stop halfway all by itself - the couch to 5k app!! 😱 Luckily I was also tracking my run using Runkeeper which tells me the time and distance, so I was able to ensure that I’d run the full amount of time required. But it did mean I was without Sarah’s encouraging prompts throughout the second half of my run which was a shame but nice to know I can run without her at the same time.
It wasn’t easy, but it weirdly wasn’t as tough as some of the other runs I’ve done up until this point and I know the return to intervals next week can be a little tough after this run. I think it helped that I had a good playlist on today to keep me on track.
Only two more interval runs left before it’s just longer runs all the way to the end!! Onwards to week 6! 🏃♀️ Happy running all, wishing you good runs and hopefully no technical glitches!!
