I graduated the couch to 5k a year and a half ago give or take, since running my first 5k I haven't done it since and I'm so angry with myself for it. I have tried repeatedly to get back into it and run again but I only ever complete week one and go no further! I seriously need a kick up the a$$ and get back into it. I have recently lost 4 stone due to walking and healthy eating but I want to get back into my running. Any advice is much appreciated.

Welcome back ! Yes, here, as are we all, just waiting, to give you that friendly shove
You know the form, you know the plan and you KNOW you can do it... ! (Get that badge too... that will be a sign of your strength a few years back )!
No one can give you the motivation; read this.; and read the bit on motivation, if you get the chance.

BUT..... what we CAN give you, is support.
You have taken the first step... the hardest one on the return route. You want to do this... and we want you to do it, too!
You have lost weight, you are walking and have a healthier eating regime... you are on the way.
Now, what you do need to try and so is, keep posting your runs, successes and set backs, ask for help if you need it, take longer if you need to. try not to overthink... just look at that Graduate badge and trust the programme... and yourself !
We cannot wait to read the post of your first return run ! Slow and steady as you go !
I feel you! I kept threatening to go for a run and some days I even got my kit on in preparation only to be seduced by the allure of the sofa…or reorganising the sock drawer or my ultimate favourite…Korean dramas on Netflix. Massive congratulations on the weight loss that’s a fantastic achievement involving a lot of discipline and that tells me that you’ve got this in the bag when you are ready to apply yourself. The first step and the first week are the hardest. But I have the procrastination imp claiming squatters rights on my shoulder so getting out for every run is a battle of wills. I find posting on here after runs keeps me accountable. Sometimes I even get prodded for updates which actually keeps me motivated. What would keep you motivated?
You could encourage each other?
Check you being running buddy Cupid 😂
Look how much you have achieved!!! Give yourself a break! 4 stone!! That in iteslf is an immense achievement. Its taken me 6 months to get to week 9 run 3. Life gets in the way-thats normal. I would get a buddy to run with you for a few times just to give you that push.
