Another 90 seconds x5 under my belt. I definitely find this little 'blog' makes me accountable. I could have easily stayed on the sofa tonight. So glad I went out though - it takes less than half an hour and I feel great afterwards. Next run Thursday 🏃♀️

You are doing very well mummybowles, congratulations on completing run 2 of week 2, you can report your progress on every run here on this forum if you wish to, also remember to drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 2✔️✔️🏃🏾🏃🏾
