Glaucoma diagnosis

I have recently had a trabulectomy operation on my eye so I am prevented from running and all strenuous activity at the moment. I hope to be able to get back to my Couch to 5K, but it may take time.

Oh gosh... that is going to need patience... but... there are lots of . non strenuous, but useful activity and exercise ideas, on the S and F Forum...last week I popped a post there, for exercises on the couch!

It is important for us all to keep moving on some way whilst on the couch...because, as we all know, those runs wait!!!

Wow! I'm on the injury couch myself and can't wait to get back. Do listen to your medical provider's advice about a return to activity.
