W7 and I am feeling it now. The weeks leading up to this have been ok, but doing 25min non-stop is a real struggle for myself.
I did my W6R3 on Tues evening and I had to force my feet one in front of the other and I struggled but I put this down to doing it straight after work whereas I normally run first thing, like today.
I feel exhausted after 5mins, but I still managed to complete the 25mins, but only just. I think I might repeat W7 more than thrice just to help me pick up my pace, as I dropped my pace a lot just so I could complete this run! Whereas I used to run at 8 to 9, my pace is now down to 7 to 8 - apart from the last minute where I use up any energy to make my quickest minute!
I had to keep telling myself, in my best Dory impression, Just keep running!

Congrats on your progress, sounds like you're doing just fine! It's not really meant to be easy! Generally, it's said here you only repeat the weeks you haven't completed, not the ones you have. Good luck with week 8
I fully understand! My dog walks (slowly and deliberately) beside me when I get to uphill bits. Not only that, he looks so embarrassed and bored. Anyway, keep going, no matter what the speed, and brilliant you are out there doing it.
