Hello. I’ve just finished Week 8 and aiming to do Week 9/1 on Saturday.
Had a bad few days mentally - not sure what’s up with me. Don’t feel depressed just really anxious and worried. Kept up with my running though so hopefully it will help.
The app keeps suggesting I go faster but I don’t think I can. Anyway, just posting my progress.

Ignore the faster advice...your run, your happy pace!
Sorry you are feeling a tad anxious... use the run to help ease your mind.. focus on the run, the surroundings and just image those grey feelings, drifting away behind you!
You may find some exercises to help with this are useful ? E.g.
Well, I did 9/1 and it wasn’t as bad as 8/3. I dunno why I’ve been feeling so down. Anyway - 9/2 tomorrow and probably 9/3 Wednesday!
Do you have any advice/programs for my upper body? I was thinking of doing some press ups or something to give me a bit of strength. I’ve got an old school Bull Worker that I could use…

I have done runs 9/1 and 9/2 - one more to go!!!! I was wearing Nike Huraches but they’ve got a hole in them so I’ve been wearing some old new balance trainers. Sure it’s making running easier. Maybe just a placebo. Either way, on either Tuesday or Wednesday I’ll have completed the program!!! Think I’ve only ended up a week behind too
