Fresher out than a Pillow with a mint on it 🥶

I swear someone swapped me in the night with someone who had a rocket up their tooshy ….

Week 6 is absolutely annihilated and how the heck did I just do 4k 🤔 👌. Still in my shorts and t shirt being a woman of that age we ARE our own central heating system 🤣🤣 I did wear my Proviz headband tho to keep my little ears warm as they do suffer in the cold .

Maybe all that leg work strength exercises I did yesterday helped my legs this morning . Who knows I’m just happy week 6 is over with .

WEEK 7 I’m a coming for ya.!!!!

Congratulations to you Happyplodder18 on completing run 3 of week 6 of C25K, you are now officially a runner, well done, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate, nice photo of you, keep doing those legs strength exercises ✅✅🏃

I was suprised when it said I’m now a runner , surely starting this I’m a runner . lol. Hey ho . Anyway I’m glad week 6 is done . Thanks lovely . Was a good mornings runs . And yes I do loads of strength sessions I’m adamant they help my running .

That’s a bug bear of mine too-what’s a runner? Someone who runs. You’ve been doing that for ages now! Totally with you on strength too. That’s what’s kept me off the injury couch and made me faster as a nice bonus.

Enjoy week 7! You know can do it because it’s the same as what you’ve done already!!!
