It wasn’t pretty, but it’s done, super slow but no stopping. Funny, 1 minute in and I really didn’t think I had it in me, but then 5 minutes had passed, then 10 - half way there! I knew then I could do it, just had to pace myself.
One day’s rest coming, then on to the pesky Week 6 intervals. ☺️🏃♀️

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3, not long now until you graduate, good luck 🤞 🏃🏾 ✔️
