Hi, everyone! I just completed W6R3 this morning.
3.01K in 25' jogging at an 8'18'' pace.
Week 5 run 3 was a killer for me, and contrary to popular opinion, I was actually grateful for the return of intervals in Week 6 R1 and R2.
Week 6 Run 2 was still tough, even though I went really really slow, so slow that if I went slower I could be walking, or so I believed.
And yet! When I checked my pace after the run, it was 7' something 🤯.
Yes, that's still slow, but nowhere near as slow as it felt. I thought I was going around 10' 😅.
So I figured today I COULD definitely go even slower than 7'! And today I felt good.
No pains during or afterward.
