It feels like a Hot Fart 💨 outside 🥵 🤣
And that’s Week 4 DONE : THOUGHTS 👇
🏃♀️ My C25K App froze on me 3x and I didn’t realise until it was too late therefore when I was supposed to be walking I was still running , I then realised stoped and had to press play again .
🏃♀️ All that 👆 resulted in a longer run distance done longer time and longer pace .
🏃♀️ Once again I hate running in this humidity it hits me hard and I struggle and then I beat myself up for being slow when I forget as I’m going thru peri menopause this humidity it going to hit me 1000X harder .
I’ve NOT sneaked at week 5 I learned my lesson BUT all the way back I was filling myself with dread of what’s to come .
Why do we do it to ourselves??
