Well the temperature was about the same as Sunday this morning, but it was overcast with a nice breeze, so felt a lot better!

Also…today I was on the flat, no hills or inclines involved! A couple of circuits around the local boating lake before food shopping 😊

Slow and steady…🐌🏃🏻‍♀️🐌
