unlock acievement?

ive completed the C25K run 3 week 9. It suggests theres a video to unlock and new runs. It wont unlock. I dont know how to update an app so ive deleted it and downloaded it again. That didnt update it, it just downloaded the app again and ive lost all my data. How do i access these three runs ? Ive read about them and i like the sound of them as i didnt make the 5k i only made the 30 mins due to new health problems. The 3 runs sound like they will coach my speed. Hiw fo i get to them?

The only thing that has been suggested, in other posts, is what you have done.. unload and reinstall.

You won't get your data back. (Not the end of the world. You know you've done it ).

I don't think you have to complete all the runs again to open up the new runs. W9 R3 would probably do it?

If worst comes to the worst - you phone could probably complete the runs for you while you watch TV.
