Wasn’t sure that I was going to run today but was up early ish and thought I would make the most of the dry weather. So off I went. Decided that I wasn’t going to be too hard on myself but wanted to see how far I was getting on my short runs. Since being injured I haven’t been using Strava but today I did. And I was quite pleased with my 3k run. It was hot but still pleasant and very quiet no cars tractors or people so all in all a lovely little run Happy running everyone or if you’re on the IC rest and heal well. πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

🍏 The spontaneous short runs often turn out to be the best runs!! So glad you were able to take advantage of a gorgeous morning and enjoy your run! Something so special about an early morning run 🀩
