A little over 6 weeks ago I bid you all a temporary farewell after my last run, as I faced major Neuro surgery. Your many kind messages were both encouraging and an incentive to be back here as fast as possible. Due to complications I am at present not able to run but will take great joy in following your journeys once again. It will be a great incentive to get back to the dream of putting on those trainers & heading out on my favourite coastal paths. Don’t forget to pack your trainers as you head out for your summer breaks.. Run while you can!! β˜€οΈ πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ πŸƒ

Nice report from you Annieapple, good to hear from you again, I hope those complications won't hold you back too long before you can start running again, once you are ready to ran again you will be very happy, but don't rush into it, good luck.

Thanks AlMorr! Good to be back.. a way to go before running but hopefully can be walking a bit further instead of round the block on my hubby’s arm! ☺️

My recovery is going very well my friend, thanks for asking. I’m doing my ankle strengthening exercises and been posting about my progress on S&F forum. Will be doing another update tomorrow.

I won’t even be thinking of running till next summer but that gives me plenty of time to get fit and strong again for it πŸ₯°

Hope you are doing well in your recovery too πŸ–€so good to see you back πŸ€— xxx
